With instantaneous visual feedback, you don’t have to wait to assess your work and you’ll have more time on a project to make iterations in any stroke style or shape. GPU acceleration inside DaVinci Resolve 18 enables users to paint brush strokes generated and displayed in real time for a more intuitive approach when performing cover ups or graphic design.
New to its features are GPU-accelerated paint, as well as faster text and shape too. Built into DaVinci Resolve, Fusion offers a node-based workflow with hundreds of 2D and 3D tools. The DaVinci Resolve Fusion page is the home of the application’s visual effects and motion graphics. In this third and final installment on the new features in DaVinci Resolve 18 from Blackmagic Design, we turn our attention to Fusion and Fairlight.
